My newly purchased certified pre-owned car would not start on the second day of owning it because the battery was dead and had to jumped. I also found out that the reason my second key would not work w start on the second day of owning it because the battery was dead and had to jumped. I also found out that the reason my second key would not work was because it was not even for my car. The staff was nice and apologetic but these kind of issues should not be taking place and lowers any confidence you may have in your vehicle, Mazda, the dealership and the staff you are working with.
