It was advertised for $13,000, but by the time I signed the paperwork, the price had inexplicably increased to $14,733.50. The final price, with additional hidden fees, ended up being a whopping $16,956.69. Deceptive Pricing: The advertised price of $13,000 was misleading and inaccurate. Reconditioning fees were added without my knowledge or consent. No one at the dealership could explain the price discrepancy or provide a breakdown of the final cost. Communication Issues: Requests for a detailed breakdown of the final price and explanation of the price increase were ignored by Jordi Alvarez and William Diaz. Initial claims from the dealership that I lied on my finance application were proven false by Chase. Overall Experience: My experience at Brickell Mazda was a complete nightmare. The hidden fees, deceptive pricing, and poor communication made for a stressful and frustrating experience. I strongly advise caution to anyone considering purchasing a car from this dealership. Adding insult to injury, it has been three weeks on, and the saga continues. This experience has severely tarnished my trust in Brickell Mazda and raises serious concerns about their business practices. More
