The final price, with additional hidden fees, ended up being a whopping $16,956.69. Deceptive Pricing: The advertised price of $13,000 was misleading and inaccurate. Reconditioning fees were added without my knowledge or consent. No one at the dealership could explain the price discrepancy or provide a breakdown of the final cost. Communication Issues: Requests for a detailed breakdown of the final price and explanation of the price increase were ignored by Jordi Alvarez and William Diaz. Initial claims from the dealership that I lied on my finance application were proven false by Chase. Overall Experience: My experience at Brickell Mazda was a complete nightmare. The hidden fees, deceptive pricing, and poor communication made for a stressful and frustrating experience. I strongly advise caution to anyone considering purchasing a car from this dealership. Adding insult to injury, it has been three weeks on, and the saga continues.
