Overall lack of customer service, Rudeness and a complete disregard for the customer. At Brickell Mazda I spoke to Gil on the phone to inquire about the car from that point and during the car buying process Gil demonstrated the highest level of customer service. Pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. The final price was the best from the competition. Ask for Gil! You will not be disappointed! More
Brickell Mazda doesn't respect your car or personal property I left my car at Brickell Mazda fresh out of the car wash for a simple tire change and alignment so inside and out my car was immaculate!!! What I got I left my car at Brickell Mazda fresh out of the car wash for a simple tire change and alignment so inside and out my car was immaculate!!! What I got back was a car with the plastic drivers floor mat pushed off to the side dirt and sand all over the factory mat (as if they didn't see the plastic mat there) foot prints on the factory mat door jam and what appears the technicians foot frints on the door itself as if holding the door open with his dirty shoes...my seat adjusted to a different position and the radio tunned to a station I don't listen to or programmed on my car. I feel a tremendous disrespect towards me and my property!!! My car's brand new and have to use this dealer to service my vehicle but if I could I wouldn't go there at all!!! My service advisor Tony is always awesome and ultra proffesional! I did reach out to dealer and all they offered was a car detail....I declined but did appreciate it however that's not the point...the point is that this dealership learns to teach the staff that the cars they're servicing don't belong to them and that they should treat them as they'd treat theirs! More

Do Not Go Here! In Short: Their sales department are slow and sleezy, they steal your trade financially, the cars are dirty, and you cannot get anyone on the phone af In Short: Their sales department are slow and sleezy, they steal your trade financially, the cars are dirty, and you cannot get anyone on the phone after you purchase a vehicle. In Long: We live 3 hours away, so I called and spoke with Edgardo in BDC who assured the vehicle was at this location. We get to the dealership and are greeted by Jorge, who then takes almost an hour to find the vehicle, 30min to get our trades VIN and a lot of time socializing elsewhere. The Mazda was dirty inside and out – trash in console/ floor/ seats, white marks on the seats/ doors and a half drank water bottle. We test drove around the block, and it drove nicely. We went inside and they offered us $500 for our 2011 Camry, yes 5-0-0, and insisted we would get better financing with one of their lenders. We declined three times, however we had to let them run it once, only because they did not work with our lender, and in order for us to leave that day with the vehicle I had to sign a contract stating in the event my bank didn’t provide loan funds within 72hrs they would submit the loan with their lender. They also told us we would have to come back (3 hours) for it to be detailed, obtain service records, valve caps for the tires and a battery to replace the dead one in the remote. They couldn’t do any of it during the delivery because they’re service and parts departments were closed. We advised that we were willing to take the car as is if they would work on the price. Jorge told us that the price was the best they could do and when we got up to leave the sales manager Javier came over saying how they don’t make much money and that they overpaid for this vehicle as a trade in so that’s why they couldn’t budge on the price. Mind you, before we were leaving the salesperson said that they usually steal trades. Javier also provided us with a service printout showing an inspection and detailing notes – remember the car was a mess? Javier assured us that the car was serviced and detailed, in fact “trust [me]” he said – ha. We ended up purchasing the vehicle because they’re hard to come by in our area and it checked almost all our shopping boxes. We worked with Jennifer in finance and when I asked for copies of the papers I was signing she provided me blank copies of their forms. She advised she would send the purchase order to our bank that night so they would have it by morning. They didn’t send it. The next two days I called 27 times for Jorge/ Javier/ Jennifer and sent a lot of text to Jorge trying to get it done. I spoke with Jennifer once on the first day, she lost the paperwork and had to get with Jorge to help find it. After no update I finally spoke with a sales manager, Cynthia, who assured it would be sent. It was not. The second day my husband called for any of them and no one returned our call. On day three when our check was signed for with delivery, they finally faxed the paperwork over. They were waiting for the 72hrs to be up so they could send my stuff to their bank at the higher interest rate. It’s been a long three days. Do not go here! More

Never again I purchased a used car and was told that it would be detailed. Car was filthy!!! Manger and staff are not in the same page when it comes to incentives, hence never again!!!!! More
