Excellent service representative I went in to get a car key battery and was told that my previous representative had left the agency. I was reluctant to deal with the new representati I went in to get a car key battery and was told that my previous representative had left the agency. I was reluctant to deal with the new representative at first but was very pleased to have met Eros Cruz. The young man was professional, knowledgable and kind. He took the time to explain each item that needed to be dealt with. He was knowledgable and I felt confident with following his advise. The service was efficiently handled He is obviously enthusiastic about his job. I hope he stays around for a long time but he is smart and efficient and should be moved up the ladder soon More
