Finance manager said he would shop around for a better interest rate but NEVER told us of any other options. We walked into the dealership prequalified by Capital One but wanted to know if there was a bet interest rate but NEVER told us of any other options. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were greeted by Ashley. We came inside and waited for her to get the FOB for the car. It was already waiting outside and set to go for the test drive.
