When talking with our car salesman, Hector he knew a lot about the cars but if he didn’t know something, he would not lie to you, he would say “I’m not sure, but let me find out for you!” A lot of car dealers will try to lie and cheat you into buying a car, but not Brickell Mazda! I went to a different dealer, of course to explore my options, and when I showed them the quote that Brickell Mazda gave me, they asked, “Well, why didn’t you buy the car from there because we aren’t going anywhere close to that number?” I replied, “okay, good point.” I left that dealer and went back to the amazing Brickell Mazda the same day and bought the CX 5 and I am in love with the car and their service! They know how to go over and beyond for their clients and it’s nice to be treated with respect and kindness no matter how many ridiculous questions I asked. They are the ONLY dealer I have left from without a headache and that’s saying something. P.s. the sales manager Oliver and the general manager Mario were beyond honest, kind, and patient with me and made the process of buying a car seamless! More
