I had to wait 3hours for a maintenance, If I hadn't asked for my vehicle it would have been 5 hours, unacceptable!. I went to Brickell Mazda only to get a new Key fob. The Service advisor proceeded to add an oil change and other maintenance, which I didn't not request. When I asked why he did this, he said that he h The Service advisor proceeded to add an oil change and other maintenance, which I didn't not request. When I asked why he did this, he said that he had shown me his tablet screen and I had agreed to it. That is a very dishonest way to treat a customer. The advisor didn't even apologize, once again indicating that he has shown me his tablet screen and I had agreed to it. I will not be going back to Brickell Mazda to service my car. More
