I was able to make an appointment for the next day. They picked up my car, they dropped it off home once done. They cleaned it also. They were no waits, no delays and good communication. Poor admin when purchasing car. They “forgot” to perform CPO inspection and provide CPO paperwork (or any paperwork at the time) at delivery. The promise to email my sales paperwork was an empty promise and CPO inspection and provide CPO paperwork (or any paperwork at the time) at delivery. The promise to email my sales paperwork was an empty promise and took almost 2 weeks to get. When I actually got the paperwork, it did not have my physical signature on it, only an electronic representation of my name, which may be forgery... Sales rep and entire management staff completely ignored my requests to get CPO paperwork for 2 weeks. A formal corporate complaint was the only way they responded to my requests for contact. When I finally got appointment for inspection, the loaner they gave me was not disinfected and only had 17 miles worth of fuel remaining! This was the most unprofessional interaction I have had with over 40 car purchases in my lifetime. More
