Im a hard working man . i called and texted them a few days before I went in to this dealer saying hey- I have a previous credit issue and heres whats going on will I still qualify. steve- “they’re robot” days before I went in to this dealer saying hey- I have a previous credit issue and heres whats going on will I still qualify. steve- “they’re robot” internet sales manager replies calls and emails me saying go head apply we can get you approved. I come in a few days later they say im approved to lease. when I come in they shuffle me around to a random sales agent named jeanette WHO DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH! when i first came in they tried to upsell this lease and give me a payment of $450 still not looking at my actual application. we strike a deal for $300 a month on a new 2021 mazda cx30 on dec 20 th approximately at 9pm (they kept me in there 7 hours- a full work shift shuffling papers and swindling prices and then when I get shuffled to the finance manager- he says oh we didn’t look at your application or credit report- theres a bump in the deal we have to charge you more. they add on $20 a month and he says I dont have the lease finalized yet but send me documents and ill try and get you finalized soon. I get asked for documents from my job and bank a few weeks later via TEXT ! I send them then they write back your not approved for the lease bring back the car. (I have plenty of money in multiple accounts and my boss swears they never tried to call him to verify my employment). but they did try to sell me the car which had 1000 miles on it - for 26,750 (the msrp ) not a single discount applied. never once did they even call me through this whole ordeal. I go in to return the lease then they say “oh we gave you 2 sets of keys ( I only got 1) . you need to pay for the other”. javier the manager and jeanette argues with me and tries to take it out of the money thats to be returned to me. i swear i felt like this dealers were RASICT. i wouldn’t treat a dog the way they treated me. worst customer service experience all over the world EVER! worst car buying experience I ever had! in 2021! More
