The salesperson, Lorena Ramos, was outstanding, professional and went out of her way to make the deal happen. The Finance manager was helpful. But they didn't pay off my trade in and now Chase is professional and went out of her way to make the deal happen. The Finance manager was helpful. But they didn't pay off my trade in and now Chase is demanding payment for a car I no longer have. Brickell Mazda is in possession of the car! Chase is still demanding payment yet, the finance department is too busy to help. The accounting department did not call back to help and after 24 hours of making a call, I'm still waiting. Then the dealer said " Sorry, the accounting department is closed until Monday ". By the way, they ran my credit 3 times following the signing of my contract prompting me to lock my Experian account. And to top it off, my credit score declined over 15 points because of their improper actions. I should have gone with my initial gut feeling and not done a deal with them a second time. Shame on me. Shame on them for a disaster of an experience. Won't be back...EVER! More
