And after viewing the used belt, I am skeptical the belt needed replacement. I felt taken advantage of through this experience. More

However, before I thought that Bricknell Honda Ruined my car, I considered this the worst Honda. First, I choose this place due to the 15% coupon. It was a bate in switch, the Honda in key largo down the street is 16% less expensive. The service representative assured me that all the 30k services are exactly the same. After the car was completed, the another representative told me he was wrong. There were so many many issues, they have a long survey on their way. The day after services the tire pressure went low and it was making a funny sound. I decided to go to the nearest tire shop and they said Honda probably did not do the inspections. I paid extra for the 30k service and extra Services, and I already knew they did not do the inspection. I complained to the manager instantly receiving the car because they missed an issue. He kindly fixed it ASAP, but usually I do not need to do my own inspection after paying almost one thousand dollars. Even at Walmart 20 years ago I felt more comfortable with their inspection. I brought it back in two days later, and tried to tell them about the tires and they said it was the weather that changed my pressure. They thought it was something else. They didn’t care to listen. Despite my lack in confidence in their service, they fixed the missed tire issue. I received a call before noon, and my associate helper was unavailable to answer for a few hours. When I finally got a hold of him, he said he would call a Lyft to pick me up. 30 minutes later I figured out he forgot. It was difficult to get a hold of him. I received my car more than 3 hours after his call. My car unnecessarily spent all day there. I was picked up in time to hit Friday rush hour in Miami. Needless to say, I will not go back. I am still not sure if they did all the services, and I don’t trust them that I really needed the extra services in the first place. I will same some positive things. The manager Migel Diaz was nice, I love the Lyft services 4/4 positive reviews. It’s more practical than the better than a shuttle service in the city. End of yelp review. It stated off with my gps taking me to the wrong entrance. I walked across the street to Buick bricknel and they gave me directions. I told three service reps at different times that they need more signs to point people to service. One laughed the others ignored me. I was two minutes late for my appointment and was seen around 25-40 minutes later. Julian doesn’t have an office. If you can’t make the appointment, then just do not have the time slot. Then Julian lied about the 30k service. Saying every Honda is the same every where. When he called in the middle of the day, After he lied, I felt he wasn’t clear on the need for one of the services. I asked him to explain and he said your car has 40k miles. Another lie it’s 37, but he was convincing enough to get my wife to agree on the service. Because of all the lying and at least two things missed in the inspection. I am not sure that the extra service I paid for/air filter “throttle” service was done. Even though the most important thing to me was rotating tires with the 30k service. It was not done, but I still paid full price. Julian lied about calling me back and it going to voicemail around 11. It rang once and he hung up. If it went to voicemail, leave a voicemail. After waiting the whole day for my car, I had an explanation and an offer to buy new tires. I probably would have bought them, if I found out at the beginning. I am driving to California and need good tires. I noticed the sound in my car right away. I called and I was hypoglycemic waiting for the slow service. I do not want to go back, but the service person convinced me that it was the safest thing to do. I still agitated after lunch and was almost tempted to go to another Honda to fix the problem. I called back to reschedule and they said the next convenient time available was Tuesday. It was from important to let’s see what happens till next week. I called back the next day and made a fuss about my tire pressure gauge and they booked me for the next day. While waiting I did talk to a sales person about trading my car in. She was super nice and said I was super nice person. I liked her a lot. Unfortunately I have a lot of miles and I’m 8k upside down on my car right now. Like I said earlier,l it seems like Julian does not have his own office, so I watched him goof off until an office opened up for him. Julian needs more training. More
