The cashier super rude, the service took 2 hours and the next day after the service, the tire light on my car was on requiring mantenance, even though i ask if everything was ok with my car. Failed to give us the piece to change the tires when we leased the car and wouldn’t give it to us unless we fixed the tire with them (+$40 compared to other companies) even though it was their mistake in n leased the car and wouldn’t give it to us unless we fixed the tire with them (+$40 compared to other companies) even though it was their mistake in not giving us the piece from the beginning. Safety issue, wouldn’t honor competitors fee and forced us to do it there otherwise they refused to give us the piece. Coerced us as customers. Very bad customer care. Only cared about the money, no apology or accountability for failing to provide the necessary piece since the beginning. Even though it was a safety issue as well. Very poor service. More
Wireless service crashed every 30 seconds. Salesperson told me my car would be done shortly, but I still had to wait another 90 minutes. When my car was done, I was given the receipt, I was left standing by the service desk outside for 20 minutes only to find out that the keys were already in my car and a piece of trim on the passenger front seat that I had asked to be fixed, had not been fixed. They brought someone out to "fix" it while I waited. One of the service people made a point of telling me that we had broken it and would need to pay to have it repaired at my expense. I let him know that I have a few pieces of trim that have popped off and won't stay when I try to snap them back on. More
