Vladimir tried to trick me into paying for almost 500$ worth of filters after I told him I only wanted what was included with the purchase of my vehicle. He repeated that I owed nearly 500$. I had to call someone that was with me when I purchased the car to clarify what came with my purchase of the car (oil change and tire rotation). I waited two hours for the oil change and tire rotation. After the service I showed Vladimir the receipt, specifically where it said “CUSTOMER DECLINED RECOMMENDED SERVICE” and shared my concern that he was over charging un suspecting customers, he dismissed my concerns by saying I was confused and needed to read the owners manual. I’m going to leave a review in google so people can see what type of customer service is offered at Brickell Honda when they search the dealership. I’ll make sure to recommend avoiding this dealership and Vladimir at all cost. More
