The dealership was extremely busy, so keep that in mind. At one point, I could not find Antoinette to get an update, but our car appeared to have been already evaluated. Once approved, it was quickly done, but we probably waited an additional 60-90 minutes between when the car had been evaluated and when the did the work. We greatly appreciate getting the work done, but it could've been done more quickly if communication hadn't stalled. More
