On November 27, 2024, I took my car to Brickell Honda for a recall service. Prior to dropping off my, I had checked the car and everything was fine. They took long doing the recall service but everything was a recall service. Prior to dropping off my, I had checked the car and everything was fine. They took long doing the recall service but everything was apparently fine; at least that’s what I thought until the next day, Thanksgiving Day, I noticed the car had a significant scrape damage on the front wheel of the driver’s side. I’m certain that it happened at the dealership because I always check that my car is not to close to the curb and away from any vehicles. I took the car back to the dealership today November 29 but no one assumed responsibility for the damage that was ca to my car. I spoke to the advisor Vladimir Diez, to the general manager Carlos, and briefly to his boss, a guy named Kurt. Kurt, told me to wait but Carlos returned and said they would not help me and that they don’t accept responsibility after the car leaves the dealership. At first I thought the damage was done because they had scraped the car against the curb since it was really closed to it but then I thought the damage probably occurred inside the shop/working area and that it was probably caused by careless use of the car lift machinery. I would never returned to this dealer and won’t recommended it to anyone. They didn’t make any effort to help me. I’m totally disappointed, frustrated and unsatisfied with their irresponsible and careless attitude and now I’m left to fix an expensive wheel repair if it can be repaired. Cesar B. More

My service coordinator Brandon made my last experience GREAT with how he went above and beyond to get my car fixed in a timel been a good experience.
