Service department is disorganized and customer service overall is disappointing. I received a text with my scheduled date for service. I arrive to the dealer and my name wasn’t on their log. Waste of time, gas and tolls. The second time around, I waited 4 hours for an oil change! I also needed work done on my engine and I got quoted $800+ when I just purchased my certified Honda in July! Vladimir was upselling me on an engine with a warranty. LOL The problem is they do so much business volume that losing one customer means nothing. They definitely don’t value the customer or story behind the purchase. Who manages this inept department? Starts from the top, as always. More
