Brickell Honda - Service Center

Service was technically good but dealer did not have filters on hand for oil change on kia. Advised it would take 2 hours because parts had to be ordered. After 3 hours parts had not even arrived so I w filters on hand for oil change on kia. Advised it would take 2 hours because parts had to be ordered. After 3 hours parts had not even arrived so I was driven home and called when car was ready a couple of hours later. Also $679 for “oil change” was high. I could have gone to jiffy lube for much less. More

Terrible service! !! My car screen been acting up and it is still in the warranty. Went to the branch 9 times so far for them to fix it or change the screen and every t !! Even though I sent them recorded videos of the screen issues but yet, they don’t wanna take accountability and do their job! The car is Honda Accord 2021 Don’t recommend it at all!! More
