Lousy service quality! I went in for regular service. Oil change and tire rotation. The very next day I had a message on the dashboard about tire pressure being low. And that was to ensure the tire pressure was correct! I immediately drove to a gas station nearby to check the tires and indeed they were at 29 PSI when the right pressure was 32 PSI. I had to schedule another appointment because the sensor kept indicating low pressure even after putting the right pressure in all 4 tires. When they were finished they gave me the car back no explanation and no paperwork whatsoever of what they did. I spoke to the manager who confirmed no paperwork had been completed. Perhaps indicating that when I went there the first time the service was done correctly and I had no need to return to fix their “professional service”. He simply said” I apologize and come to see me next time” WHAT NEXT TIME?!!!! after such a lousy experience I will NOT be back there! They even charge you 3% additional if you use a credit card. The nerve! My appointment was at 4:30p and since they close at 6p clearly they were rushing the work and didn’t even check the tire pressure. I wasted my money and my time twice there. No accountability and no professionalism, they will not have me back as a costumer ever again. More

After I spent $844 and my car received multiple services, that maybe were not necessary, my car was given to me dirty with marks of oils on the fabric seats and plastic bags, also one of their equipments was that maybe were not necessary, my car was given to me dirty with marks of oils on the fabric seats and plastic bags, also one of their equipments was left inside of my car. My car start having low tires pressure immediately, I called to one of the workers and told me to go to another place to check the tires. My tires pressure must be 32, the back wheels where 45 and 47 and the front wheels where 30. I readjusted in another place and then the manager told me when I adjusted the tire pressures, the machine of the person that adjusted was not working well. 2 different mechanics told me that the services that I paid for where not necessary and were not made on my car, again I am a woman I went to Honda Brickell expecting that I will get the best service for my car and nobody will take advantage on me... Maybe I wasted my money... I will never know. I kindly ask them please review everything battery, oils, wheels. I only went for the maintenance when the oil has to be changed. My battery was never checked and the result is that the acid of the battery was splitting outside of itself which is very dangerous and of course my car turned off and the computer as well. I called Brickell Honda and their costumer service told me to solve the situation they wanted to send me a car crane for at least $200 after after $5 miles I will be charge with $5 each extra mile and then more than $400 for the new battery and installation. I did not even spent $200 with the battery and installation in another certified supplier. I went to talk with the manager and maybe because I felt that someone took advantage on me because of the service and what I paid. It was a waste of my time to go there because the work was apparently well done according to him and the places that I went to take the pressure of my wheels were wrong. I showed him the pictures with the day and time. I had a really bad experience and if you are a woman or you dont know much about cars I will highly recommend you to consider a better place. More
