They wrote up the wrong person and car when I went in after I gave them my name. I had also called earlier and was told that I still had 1 complimentary oil change until 2024 and when I got there they s after I gave them my name. I booked an appointment at 11 am for an oil change, on a Friday, and the car was ready at 2:05. They claimed to have changed my oil, charged an exorbitant labor fee, but my car's maintenance indicator still shows "maintenance needed" and the oil level at 10%.
