Es increíble cómo el área de servicio de Brickell Honda ha disminuido a los peores niveles en años. Llegando al área de servicio con una cita comienza la experiencia frustrante, te asignan un agente para ha disminuido a los peores niveles en años. Llegando al área de servicio con una cita comienza la experiencia frustrante, te asignan un agente para que te atienda y dicho agente no está, te trasladan a otro cubículo con otro agente que no está trabajando, lo llaman, él responde y 20 minutos después sigue sin aparecer, entonces decido hablar con 2 agentes que están charlando cómodamente en otro cubículo para ver si alguno de ellos podría ayudarme a hacerle mantenimiento a mi auto solo para cambiarle el aceite. Con cara larga solo me pide mi número de teléfono y me dice que me siente y espere que en 2 o 3 horas le entregarán su auto. Sigo aquí y ya han pasado 4 horas y mi auto aún no sale, tiempo que me he tomado para observar y tratar de entender como funcionan y sirven, al parecer no he sido el único que ha tenido una experiencia tan terrible. llega y siente que te hacen un favor al atenderte y que todo es gratis. Es triste ver como desfilan de un lado a otro, encuentras grupos reunidos hablando de temas que no son de trabajo mientras clientes con diferentes necesidades esperan entre 30 minutos y 1 hora para ser atendidos y solo toman sus datos y van a una sala de espera donde tu experiencia se vuelve infinita.
