If there was the possibility to rate this service portion of the dealership a zero that would be accurate. Miguel is the worst service agent. We’ve been with this service center since 2019. After Covid our exact scheduled service tripled. When our driver side door stopped working my husband took our van to Brickell Honda after I told him we needed to switch. Now both doors are having issues. The original door with issues isn’t working proper and the door with no original issues isn’t working properly! They somehow suggested to change out parts on the door with no original issue as a “precaution” and that door is experiencing intermittent issues! Stay away from Brickell Honda More
