I waited over 5 hours for my car. I stopped by the dealer and my car was sitting there. No one notified me that my car was done with servicing. Horrible experience I have a 2023 car under guarantee they charge $300 for something that it was not necessary and today they charged me again only to look my car $200. I'm not sure they did anything to the car. I took it for a balance and rotation, the tech told me that they don't do that under a new car policy but after talking to him he agreed. They took the car about 1.5 hours later they come back and tell the car is done. I took, still felt some the issue, but also noticed that the lug lock was in the same place. Also the rear tire had a nail in it, I figured they would notice it, but the tire was in the same place with the nail still there. If you do a balance and rotation, you would see the nail and notify the customer, so that's why I think they didn't do anything. More
