Dealership initially dropped the ball and delivered my vehicle without performing pre-delivery inspection (PDI). The next day when I found the BLANK PDI form in my glove box, I was not happy. I immediate vehicle without performing pre-delivery inspection (PDI). The next day when I found the BLANK PDI form in my glove box, I was not happy. I immediately called the dealership and left a message for my salesperson Susana. I will say that Susana, on her day off returned my call within an hour . I didn’t want to distrust her day off so we reconnected then next day when Susana returned to work. Susana was incredible. She arranged a loaner car, coordinated with service manager to have my PDI done at a time and convenience that worked for me and even had my car washed ! It’s nice to have worked with a Susana who didn’t ignore me after the sale and direct me to service department. Susana genuinely was concerned that my car didn’t have PDI done before delivery and made sure everything checked out ok!! Thank you Susana !! More
