MEDICATION MISSING AFTER SERVICE APT CONSUMER WARNING!! My medication was missing after taking my car for an oil change. Service team including Robert Schickman and Bill (service director) were more concerned about what calling the cops would do for business than investigating who took the medication. I quote Bill as saying "there is no way I'm calling the cops over this and that is the only way I can get my employees to turn over their pockets." Nothing was offered or done by the dealership. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR with them un supervised! IM ALSO PATIENTLY WAITING TO RECEIVE MY GENERAL MOTORS SERVICE SURVEY - WHICH I HAVEN'T RECEIVED YET A WEEK LATER. More
