To add… “service manager” i was very unhappy and even more unhappy after speaking with Carlos who was supposed to “help” situate the mistakes him and his team have made in service. Absolutely horrible Job at service. 3 times around for the same service that was time and time again never completed. On the 3rd time around I ask to speak with the manager in service to inform him of the issues I’ve had. He rudely interrupted me every second possible. Not once attempting to really help me and understand what my issue was to begin with. Instead he dismissed me and as soon as able to… attempted to brush me off as if “my issue was resolved” when he never even understood it to begin with. I hope your team takes care of what needs to be done. There should be no reason a person with lack of communication, impatience, rudeness and unwillingness to help others should ever have qualified for the position they are so clearly incompetent of. I hope you all do better in firing those that have no reason to be there and begin to hire kind and good employees. do better. More
