Got me a red light ticket! We traded in a car and leased a new car through them. By law they were supposed to remove and destroy my tags. My wife feel in love with the vehicle but wanted My wife and I went into Brickell Honda to purchase a vehicle and Jorge showed us a used 2016 yukon. My wife feel in love with the vehicle but wanted a new one and Jorge kindly walked us across the street to Brickell GMC and showed us a 2018 Yukon which my wife and I were so informed by Jorge about the vehicle. MEDICATION MISSING AFTER SERVICE APT CONSUMER WARNING!! My medication was missing after taking my car for an oil change. Service team including Robert Schickman and Bill (service directo CONSUMER WARNING!! My medication was missing after taking my car for an oil change. Service team including Robert Schickman and Bill (service director) were more concerned about what calling the cops would do for business than investigating who took the medication. I quote Bill as saying "there is no way I'm calling the cops over this and that is the only way I can get my employees to turn over their pockets." Nothing was offered or done by the dealership. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR with them un supervised! IM ALSO PATIENTLY WAITING TO RECEIVE MY GENERAL MOTORS SERVICE SURVEY - WHICH I HAVEN'T RECEIVED YET A WEEK LATER. More
Lying about having a flat tire. I took my car for oil change 10,000 miles 3rd oil change. I was called shortly after dropping car and I was told that I had a nail in my front right I took my car for oil change 10,000 miles 3rd oil change. I was called shortly after dropping car and I was told that I had a nail in my front right tire and because of nail location, the tire could not be fixed. It will cost $178 including tire rotation. I decided to take car elsewhere I became worried for my safety and took the next day off from work to replace tire. There was nothing wrong with my tire I did not even have a nail in tire. They not only tried to get my money they made me waste my time by intimidation. I became suspicious when recommended tire change repairs were not noted on my final bill. I was also told that my engine filter was dirty which I replaced $60 I wonder if it was really dirty with 10,000 miles in the car, and AC Filter $90.00 was also dirty but I decided not to change and again no filter change recommendations noted on my bill. This Dealer Service can not be trusted. Please be careful. More

I went across the street to get a cafecito and a empanada while checking my email. To my surprise, my phone rang and it was Mariano telling me my car was done and ready to go! Outstanding, I can get back to my Saturday chores with only but a brief interruption for my Honda's Service - thank you Mariano for expediting my service - great job and great customer care.
