I knew there was another great guy to go to which was Sam V. Sam if you see this, just know that you are awesome, you gave me the best customer service, hospitality that I have ever received in a long time. From now on when I come to Brickell Honda, I am coming to you, if you’re not there I will not come. I really appreciate the service, the love, and the loyalty you have just in the three visits that I had with you. Once again, Sam you are awesome, keep up the good work. Great service representative, less-than-stellar reception. I have consistently used John Garcia as a service representative for the past year, who was very helpful when my car offered damage during Irma. John is always polite, responsive, and professional - I always request his services. The receptionist, check-out, and payment area of this office are perfectly awful. During my visits this past year, the receptionist is never available, absent, or not present for at least 15 minutes. Additionally, there is NEVER any back-up on the floor to take-over in their absence - a very shoddy run operation to say the least. In short: service-end very good, back-end/payment not good More

So I called straight away and booked to come in that day My car had a factory problem with some of the drive assistance services last week Wednesday. So I called straight away and booked to come in that day at 3:30, but when i arrived at 3:30 i was asked if it is ok to keep my car overnight because nobody would be able to look at it, since 3:30 was close to closing time. Why couldn’t they tell me that on the phone so I didn’t have to go there. Thursday at 7 am i took my car in again. Waited for about an hour and then they explained that they would have to order a part. They informed that this part would arrive on Friday morning for sure and as soon as the part arrives someone would call me to come in and they would be able to put in the part in 1-2 hours. Friday i waited the whole day and nobody called me, so i decided to call at 3:00pm. When i called i foind out that the part was already there but the staff forgot to call me. So I asked if I could come in and they said no because it was too late already. They asked me to bring in on Monday. Monday i took the car in at 7 am and i was told it should take max 2 hrs to fix but that they would call me when it was ready. By 11:00 am nobody had called me again. So i called to find out what happened, i was put on hold for several minutes until the line cut and i had to call again. This happened 4 times, to the point that i had to go in without knowing if the car was ready. When I got there nobody knew what was the status, until a girl went to the garage to ask and found out that the car had been ready for ours! I will never take my car there again! Terrible customer service! More

Lack of trustworthiness I bought a new certified used Honda. Within a week I started getting alerts in the car and both car key had no batteries to operate car. I complained I bought a new certified used Honda. Within a week I started getting alerts in the car and both car key had no batteries to operate car. I complained and took car to service center where supposedly they fix the computer and the tire alert and changed the batteries in the keys. Two (2) weeks later the car’s alert system went off again. I took car back tonhinda dealer where they admitted that lost probably they just dismissed the computer alert and just put air in the tires and let me go. Plus Hans the manager was very dismisses and very uncustomer service oriented he was too busy doing inventory to deal with a client. More
