Driven by commissions Vladimir, service rep, during visit said I only needed tire rotation and oil change. Then, 29 mins after I left to work, he called me to tell me that Vladimir, service rep, during visit said I only needed tire rotation and oil change. Then, 29 mins after I left to work, he called me to tell me that the service inspection of the car showed that I needed 4 new tires because you could see the treads and, of course, then would need alignment and balancing etc. He also said that my rear brakes were leaking and needed to be replaced. I had my tires rotated somewhere else about 2 months ago and I asked the technician who did if the tires were ok and he said YES, you’re tires are fine. You just need to rotate them. Vladimir spoke to my boyfriend who told him we declined everything except the oil change and tire rotation and Vladimir said that I had agreed to I don’t know what else and that service had already been done and couldn’t be cancelled. I can see clearly that your service rep gets paid commission based on the work that is done during to the vehicles and I understand that we all have bills to pay and have to eat but this is UNACCEPTABLE and highway robbery. I’ll never go back to Brickell Honda for anything. Not to buy my next car or to service any car. You’ve lost a client for life and I will tell anybody who asks what crooks you have working for you. More
