Great response from Service Department I took my car in to change the front brake pads and was informed that the rotors would also have to be changed. I said Ok no problem and they went ahe I took my car in to change the front brake pads and was informed that the rotors would also have to be changed. I said Ok no problem and they went ahead and fixed it. I picked up the car when the work was finished and only after a month went by did I notice there was an issue with the lug nuts on one of the front tires. I was never informed of this when I first took the car in. So I took the car in again to have this issue resolved and the Service Advisor who had helped me the first time was not in that day, so another person helped me. That person spoke with the technician and they determined that the car had already been like that when I brought it in the first time and that I would have to pay to fix the new issue. I refused because I was never informed of this and I had never had any issues with any of the lug nuts ever before. So I waited until the Service Advisor, Samuel Vidal, who had helped me the first time came into work and he agreed with me that it was not my fault since there was no documentation on the dealer's part and he also remembered that this issue was never brought up by the technician. They then proceeded to fix the issue at no cost to me and the issue was solved. I'm extremely grateful they resolved the issue how they did and I will definitely be coming back for further service when I need it. I highly recommend asking for Mr. Vidal because it was his treatment of the situation that has made me want to continue coming back to this dealer for service and I will always ask for him when I do go. More
Perfect Execution I was a walking at 830am to take care of 2 recall on my van. Vehicle was not cleaned and low tire pressure warning Sent my Honda Accord in for 1st service since leasing it. I asked for the full service, which I assumed it included vehicle cleaning. Once returned, the vehicle was not cleaned and the low tire pressure warning lit up within 24 hours of service. I talked to the service employee who told me that internal cleaning of the car is not done and external cleaning is only done upon request by the customer. I will have to go again next weekend to get the tire pressure looked at and ask for vehicle cleaning. More
