I received terrible service from the service staff, the person was not attentive to my priorities or the services that were carefully scheduled by telephone 4 days before. I haver a three year maintenance agreement, yet I was charged $155 for maintenance. In my agreements, there is no mention that a maintenance light must come on prior to service. This is very misleading. Also my agreement stipulates a full detail every six months, and this was NOT done at this time. At least the car should have been washed and interior cleaned.
