It was my first visit to Brickell Honda. Overall, it was very positive and everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful. I was disappointed that I had to ask about the warranty for my battery, and that very positive and everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful. I was disappointed that I had to ask about the warranty for my battery, and that I had to reset my automatic windows, unlock my radio and clock. Thankfully, I know how to do all of that but expected this to be done for me when bringing to a dealer particularly when they were not busy (I was the only person waiting for my car). I will go back when I need further service but hope they have a bit more attention to details. More
