I scheduled a service appt, but they forgot to reset my dashboard. When I called to inquire I was told that I should just look it up in the Owners Manual OR bring it back to the dealership so they can 'tea dashboard. Very unprofessional I was a disgruntled customer and I noticed that the service representative that took care of me created an email account because he wanted a different email address to be on file so if noticed that the service representative that took care of me created an email account because he wanted a different email address to be on file so if I got a survey I would not tell the truth so I’m glad that I got the option to do it over a text. I had to call in afterwards and speak to a representative to get my email address updated. Please contact me on my phone number so I can tell you the entire story because it gets worse. Very unprofessional and I won’t ever go back to that dealership or refer anyone to that dealership after what I saw behind the scenes. This was all done at the service department.
