Took my 2004 honda element with broken transmisión no doubt , told to be shore .needed molti piont inspección $145.00. Response ill see if i could find a rebuilt for les but it wasnt going to be much les . quote 3332.50 . while i waited i called 3 other places for quotes all came back with under 3000. Including parts and labor. When brickle honda called i said no and to have car ready for pick up in half an hour. Tow truck company wish was suplied by my new transmisión spechialist free Of charge and i got their . no svc advisor, my car or keys to be found or located. No management eather, the only one running around with his head cut off was the guy. That receives and return the veheacles . the car was located by my ride a block and a half away with still no keys and no taged #. 2 hrs later i got my car Back , they had to make a new key. And still no svc advisor. But they were quick to charge me the 156.15 for quite. Also they were going to have the job none no sooner than a week and half + labor the end. With the new got my car fixed in 2 days $2687.00 labor, tow and a few extras , no drama. More
Unfortunately my experience was not what I have been accustomed to while using this dealership. I was quoted almost $1,000 for a 2008 Honda Accord alternator replacement. I part that outside of OEM is r accustomed to while using this dealership. I was quoted almost $1,000 for a 2008 Honda Accord alternator replacement. I part that outside of OEM is roughly $100 and requires about an hour of labor. When I asked for a price breakdown I was met with resistance via the parts manager. Having had parts ordered and dropped off through advanced auto parts, while at the dealership, I was told that I couldn’t obtain the part for less than 345 because the dealership needed to make money on the part. While having nearly a %300 markup I decided to take my car elsewhere where I was treated fairly and reasonably. I went in for an oil change and was quoted almost 2,200 for gaskets and parts that we’re not competitive. After using this dealership for all my Mx needs for the last couple of years, I take my vex car needs elsewhere from now on. Orlando the service manager was professional and seemingly did everything in his power to find a solution. However, in the end there was no give. More

Once, came with my dog, no one complained, not the employees nor the customers, some even pet my Frenchy. Looks like, the great place will attract good customers. Can't say anything about the cars, I'm not into cars that much. Planned going to the Mazda dealership but ended up at Honda instead and traded my Accord on Odyssey. The best part, coffee/hot chocolate machine was free. Might go there again from Aventura, just to drink some hot chocolate:) Thank you for everything ❤ More

I must admit I was skeptical, the idea of bringing my honda into a DEALERSHIP. I have always thought dealers were dishonest and over priced and for years patronized my local mechanic. But with few options for an alignment which my guy could not do, I I reluctantly brought my car into the Brickell Honda Repair shop. Samuel Vidal was my service advisor, he went over all my options and pricing. It was raining, they sent a man over to pick up my car. By the next day, the car was returned to my door. By the way, this saves SO MUCH TIME having to drop a car off and even wait for it, I I highly recommend this free service. In conclusion, I was charged only for the alignment and got a discount on an oil change and the dealership did not try to find something else wrong with the car (which I know checks out) and told me that after going over the car, that was ALL I needed. I was so happy not to be deceived by fake repairs. all in all, I was very happy to deal with an honest company and I highly recommend Brickell Honda and the service advisor, Samuel Vidal .
