The Service advisor and and service manager were very impressive in helping out with my Honda repair, the customer service I received from Miguel Diaz (Service advisor ) exceeded my expectations second t impressive in helping out with my Honda repair, the customer service I received from Miguel Diaz (Service advisor ) exceeded my expectations second to none. Mr Diaz priority was to get mine vehicle fix ASAP, his follow up skills with me were constantly, his title should be “ SUPER SERVICE ADVISOR “ Mr. Miguel Diaz should be promote to Mr. Mario Murgado right hand. His skills in solving problems, following up with customers and delivery customer satisfaction are way above and beyond. Mr. Miguel Diaz is way too good to be a service advisor, his tittle should be Relationship Business Director not for only Brickel Honda but for all Mr. Mario Murgado dealers including Jacksonville..
