Mediocre, not very friendly. Felt rushed with staff interactions, especially the cashier and service person. Didn’t feel like a valued customer, more like just a number. Told me it would take an hour and a half and ending up being about 20 minutes of which I was pleasantly surprised. However, I felt like honesty should be a goal here rather than making up random times because I had to make plans etc based on what he told me. Also I asked for a technician to answer a question for me about a car part and I was rudely blown off by the service person who just said I can’t speak to them. Just fyi other deal ships are happy to answer questions on how your vehicle works especially if you bought a car from there. I can’t believe they wouldn’t assist me. Very disappointed. Again just treated me like they wanted to rush me and get me in and out. More
