Orlando was a great service tech who did my intake when I arrived. Taking my car in for service was a great experience everyone was very Covid friendly. I had to call to schedule another visit to address the same issue. The service rep was very helpful, however there were some other items that could have been properly checked prior to returning the vehic same issue. Samuel Vidal has been my Service Advisor at BRICKELL Honda for about 10 years. He is the best Service Advisor I have ever had had. He has the people skills of an angel ..... he listens to me .makes Honda for about 10 years. He is the best Service Advisor I have ever had had.
