I arrived 10 earlier for my appointment. No one came to help me after 25 minutes outside next to my car that I dropped off with the valet. Also all the valet people only spoke to me in Spanish. You can truly see they make a cut if you get people to the a lease. This was so unprofessional and so annoying that makes me think to buy a car away from Honda and to another place where customers are better treatment. More
