Every time I go to get something done they try to rob me of my money. They even offered to buy my car from me $3K less than what Kelley Blue Book said my cash trade in was locked in to be. They gave me the of my money. They even offered to buy my car from me $3K less than what Kelley Blue Book said my cash trade in was locked in to be. They gave me the wrong discount and never got back to me about the terrible service. In the past they tried to tell me I needed new tires even though it was a brand new lease and wanted to charge me $600+ when in reality it was a $10 fix, no new tires needed. Can’t wait for my lease to be over! More

I took my car in for service. I realized when I returned home - the hub cap was missing. I called to let the service dept know..they were accommodating and said they would order a new one.
