I was very disappointed with the quality of service in this dealership. I went to drop my car off for a service and got met by employees who were rude and not firmly or welcoming at all. I got told to go wait at an office with no explanation and that the guy that was supposed to talk to me was on his lunch break so I had to wait until he finished eating. I myself had to look for assistance with someone else because I was very frustrated at the lack of help I was receiving.
