The service advisor needs to go back to high school and learn proper customer service skills and attention retention.. Very convenient coming in after my night shift to get service. My advisor was great and I was out under 1.5 hrs so it was amazing! I kinda was hoping they do a quick wash/vacuum but it was ok.
