When appt was made was told that the charge was $54. 95 & wait was about 2hrs Was charged $89.73 & waited 4hrs After waiting 2 1/2 hrs I requested my vehicle to leave without doing oil chg. After 15 mins vehicle still on the floor. Again asked for car, and only then was it racked. In 10 mins car was up front, couldn’t find Svc adviser Diez, cashier couldn’t find paperwork. Paper work finally found on adviser desk, not signed off,cashier hatcto take to Carlos to sign off. Then was overcharged $89.73 for a 10 min oil change… (when appt was made Svc rep advised $54.95 oil change special) no 27 point inspection, no topping off fluids, no batt test etc. False recommendations for tire rotation. Needless to say,wife missed her root canal dentist appt & had to be rescheduled the next day… very lucky that there was an opening. Lousy service quality! I went in for regular service. Oil change and tire rotation. The very next day I had a message on the dashboard about tire pressure being low. They h I went in for regular service. Oil change and tire rotation. The very next day I had a message on the dashboard about tire pressure being low. They had ONE JOB! And that was to ensure the tire pressure was correct! I immediately drove to a gas station nearby to check the tires and indeed they were at 29 PSI when the right pressure was 32 PSI. I had to schedule another appointment because the sensor kept indicating low pressure even after putting the right pressure in all 4 tires. When they were finished they gave me the car back no explanation and no paperwork whatsoever of what they did. I spoke to the manager who confirmed no paperwork had been completed. Perhaps indicating that when I went there the first time the service was done correctly and I had no need to return to fix their “professional service”. He simply said” I apologize and come to see me next time” WHAT NEXT TIME?!!!! after such a lousy experience I will NOT be back there! They even charge you 3% additional if you use a credit card. The nerve! My appointment was at 4:30p and since they close at 6p clearly they were rushing the work and didn’t even check the tire pressure. I wasted my money and my time twice there. No accountability and no professionalism, they will not have me back as a costumer ever again. More
