Requested oil change n tire rotation, was charged, but rotation not done. ( I marked front tires before going) notified advisor n manager reviewed video n confirmed never done, the took car back, no offer rotation not done. First off, it's not located in Brickell, it's located in Little Havana. As for why they decide to lie about that, you be the judge. The deals on all of their cars are overpriced, and their repair shop is in Little Havana. As for why they decide to lie about that, you be the judge. The deals on all of their cars are overpriced, and their repair shop is incompetent at best. The guys at the auto repair shop are straight-up con artists. I brought my car in after it was making a slightly funny noise and they had the audacity to charge me $1,700 to fix a transmission valve. I barely made it a mile down the road before my car broke down again. And now, guess what? They have the nerve to demand another $1,900 to fix their own shoddy work. These clowns should rename their shop to "Highway Robbery Auto Repair." More
