I received terrible service from the service staff, the person was not attentive to my priorities or the services that were carefully scheduled by telephone 4 days before. I ordered a rotation of my vehicle's wheels and an engine oil change and only received the oil change. The staff told me that they would call the company when the vehicle was ready but they did not do so and I lost valuable time due to the negligence of that man. More

I haver a three year maintenance agreement, yet I was charged $155 for maintenance. In my agreements, there is no mention that a maintenance light must come on prior to service. Apparently this is uni charged $155 for maintenance. In my agreements, there is no mention that a maintenance light must come on prior to service. Apparently this is unique to Honda hybrids. This is very misleading. Also my agreement stipulates a full detail every six months, and this was NOT done at this time. At least the car should have been washed and interior cleaned. All very disappointing. More
