The staff at Brickell Motor was very friendly. They were very attentive to all my needs. Roly Martines worked with my boyfriend and I for about 3 hours answering all of our questions regarding my want for a very attentive to all my needs. He spoke to the Manager and came up with a good pricing for the car and then was very attentive with my mother and father who came to finalize the purchase. Overall they searched hard to find me the car so I could walk out with it the same day, yet it was not a possibility but they had it for me the next day and were very sweet in finding me a rental that I would enjoy for a day! I would and HAVE recommended this dealership to many people, and look forward to working with them to keep my new Honda Civic in good shape! I already knew the quality of Honda since I had two of them in Brazil. I went to the store with the hope to buy a new Honda and I noticed the sales representative Duane Hall was really interested in show them in Brazil. The finance manager Carlos Romero is also a very good representative of Honda, nice person, serious worker and did his best to let us satisfied.WE talked also with another manager from Cuba that I´m sorry I don´t remember his name but he was very friendly and talkative. I would tell a friend for sure to go to Brickell Motors to make business and I´m sure the next time I need to change my car, there will be the first place I will check. The only thing I think was missing was a coffee :) Everything was perfect and I´m happy with my car. I know I made a very good choice.
