I took my 2010 Honda Insight to Brickell Honda for a basic service oil change with tire rotation. After I left and was on the interstate, my car vibrated a lot so I called and was given a time to bring basic service oil change with tire rotation. After I left and was on the interstate, my car vibrated a lot so I called and was given a time to bring it back. When I came back, the mis-alignment had caused the tire to wear down to the threads and I had to pay for a new tire. Brickell Honda did not take responsibility. THEN, this is the worst, a month later I received this post-card in red and white bold letters that stated I there was a re-call and I needed to bring my car in ASAP. I called to ask what is the re-call about and I was told that they would tell me once I arrived and that their tech would also tell me about any other services which I may need. I called to speak with a manager to find out if this is a safety-recall that needed immediate service or if it could wait. I was told again that no one would tell me until I brought my car in. I called again and insisted on speaking with a manager who told me the same thing and then hung up on me! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to which they never responded. I wrote to Honda Corporate and they called to assure me that there was no safety re-call. What a scam from these slime bags! Also, they sometimes have a guy walk around in a doctor's coat to talk to people to, what can only guess, is to manipulate and intimidate people into buy more services and products. DO NOT GO THERE! On May 30th 2013, I and my wife walked in to the dealership and walked out with a great deal. Actually they beat one offer we got from Braman Honda, The salesman (Henry) even followed up with severa dealership and walked out with a great deal. I visited six dealerships in the three days that I was searching for my new car. At all of the other dealerships I felt as if I was an inconvenience to the car salesmen... At Brickell Honda I was treated searching for my new car. At all of the other dealerships I felt as if I was an inconvenience to the car salesmen... At Brickell Honda I was treated very well by the salesman (Manuel Heurto). I had recently totaled my Acura, and was a bit skittish during the test-drive, and he was very understanding of that fact, and was not pushy at all. I was also very indecisive, a fact that he did not try to take advantage of. The process took a lot longer than I would have liked, but part of that was my insistence on getting a good price. They ended up matching the price that a Ft. Lauderdale Honda dealership had given me. Jeff in finance was wonderful. I had to bring my fifteen month old son with me, as it was on the weekend, and he literally ran around Jeff's office like a hellion, and yet no one complained. When I got home that night after signing the contracts there were two minor details that really bothered me - they were very minor in the grand scheme of things, and probably a result of a misunderstanding (regarding the fine print on a warranty, and the cost of an add-on). I wrote an e-mail to Alex, the COO, and within ten minutes I had a return e-mail. Five minutes later I had a call from the general manager. They fixed both of those problems to my satisfaction. I now have my new 2013 Honda Civic, and feel great about the purchase, and the customer service that I received. I feel that, as car dealers go, this one does really well, especially in comparison to other dealerships in the area. More

Sam told us the car had took a deposit so we had no chance,and he showed us other vehicles,inc a Volkswagen Beetle,trouble was we liked it but with dealer fees had increased it to to $5.200,well that is out of order,never bought a car for cash and dealer fees were added,we were given an cash offer deal, but I knew by by looking up valuations inc the UK,Sam had set the price too high in the first place,there was someone else looking at the Volkswagen,I did tell the other salesman we were first in line,and later on when going in to try and finalise the deal,a fellow worker shouted to Sam" HAVE YOU DONE THE DEAL"well that was uncalled for and a lack of respect for us like we were cattle,so my wife was now dead set against finalising unless it was a good deal,Sam did try but gave in,I think maybe there was something going on with the other buyer? We left and went home the Audi is still up for sale to this time 05/09/2013,2 days later why have they not called us to say the depositer never came back,or is it a ruse to draw someone in. So there you are try and give someone some money and they want more,I think Brickell Honda needs a far reaching turnaround in the attitude it offers,do they assume low cash buyers are stupid?well I buy like this not to get whammed by credit loans,cash is really a sensible thing to do,so will learn from that experience and take note ,and I advise readers of this review to watch out! I'm very disappointed on how I was treated at the Parts Department SPECIALLY by Mr Luis Pedraja, on 5/6/2013 I bought a Honda Accord 2011 air conditioner condenser since mine got a leak, I paid 225. Parts Department SPECIALLY by Mr Luis Pedraja, on 5/6/2013 I bought a Honda Accord 2011 air conditioner condenser since mine got a leak, I paid 225.00 and took the part. the next day 5/7/2013 when I gave to the mechanic working on my car at another dealer, within 15 min he called me back to say they had given me the wrong part... So I had to go back to Brickell Honda with my original damaged part so they can see what I meant explain the problem and sure enough they billed for the correct part but was given a different one( the part number was off) they proceeded to give me the correct part, the counter guy brought the box which by the way was not sealed on the top or bottom... Hummm he took the part out was wrapped in bubble wrap he cut the tape to free the part and compared it to mine to ensure that the part was what I needed and it was, so far so good (two trips so far). I them took the newly exchanged part back to the other dealer and the gages were off fluctuating so he said the part was DEFECTIVE we called Brickell Honda to explain and they were out of the part they had to order the part it arrived today 5/9/2013 I proceed again to Brickell Honda and the man on the counter says I have the part but I have to clear it with the manager he talked to the manager and he said he saw nothing wrong with the part and would not approve the exchange so they told me to wait for the Parts General manager to see if he would approve it, I was told he was out to lunch and that I had to wait 15-20 min for his return. so I patiently waited for Mr. Pedraja. in the Interim I walked away to go get a cup of coffee in the show room only to have the counter guy say to me that Mr. Pedraja had been there and had said NO I was shocked so unprofessional he didn't even wait for me or have the decency to tell the clerk for me to go to his office to discuss the issue at hand. I had to ask where his office was so I could speak to him. When I spoke to him he was rude and with an attitude he told me that there was nothing wrong with the part therefore it was my car the problem so I asked him how do you know you there is nothing wrong with the part? you can't see inside of the condenser and isn't possible that is a factory defect? I explained what the Master Tech working on my car had said that the gauges were off and there was an obstruction inside that was not letting the freeon flow he didn't care and brushed me off. I told him I would call Honda and complain so he replied GO Ahead... I had to get this resolved so I them purchased another condenser at another dealer and it is working perfectly so now I have spent 450.00 because Brickell Honda did not want to honor the parts warranty and exchange a defective part, I wasn't not asking for a refund all I needed was an exchange a three day ordeal and at the end I feel I was wrong not only by Luis Pedraja but by the dealer as well that allows someone like that to be a manager.
