Irresponsible Finance Department When I initially purchased my car, the salesperson (Danny) was very helpful and courteous. I was very happy with my purchase and the attention i received. Even though the car's gas tank was almost empty when I drove it off the lot, the manager told me they would fill up my gas tank when I took it back for the first oil change. At the time of the first oil change, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about, and I had to argue with them in order to get a simple tank of gas that was rightfully mine. Secondly, I paid my car loan off after 2 and a half years and up until that point there had been no other mishaps with Brickell Honda. After paying off my car, I received a letter in the mail from Honda Financial Services stating that I was entitled to a refund for the unused portion of my GAP insurance (approximately 2 and a half years). At this point I went to my dealer (Brickell Honda) and filled out a GAP Cancellation Form, which the dealer never sent to Honda Financial Services, and therefore was never processed. I called back every 2 weeks and even showed up there in two different occasions to ask about the status and they would tell me not to worry about it that it was in the mail. After nearly 6 months, I decided to contact Honda Financial Services directly and I found out Brickell Honda had never made contact with them and they had not submitted my claim. Because of that, I lost a portion of my GAP insurance. The person at Honda Financial Services even said "Yeah, Brickell Honda dropped the ball, again." This is unacceptable and the reason for my review. More
The worst service ever!!! To Whom it may concern, Honda Financial repossessed my car NOT for lack of paper but because I didn't MAIL them the signed papers. Who goes to the post office. Its 2014, everything is done online nowadays. It was very frustrating to come back from a business trip and do not see my car on the garage knowing that I was current with my payment... The car was taken to the worst repossession company ever... Took me more than 10 phone calls to get my car back. Besides that they had horrible working hours!!.. I ended up having to rent a car to be able to move around! As if it was not enough... AFTER I returned my car I thought my headache with Honda was over... NOT REALLY!!.. 1) They are charging me for a Repossession fee I have already paid for in April and they want me to give them an itemized receipt because my Credit Card statement I faxed them (Yep! Had to learn how to send a fax.. They are definitely not prepared for the Millennials!!..) is not good enough!.. SO instead of confirming the payment themselves I have to call the repossession company THEY CHOSE to prove something I have done many months ago. 2) Secondly... AFTER returning the car I received a PARKING TICKET! Thats right!.. I returned the car in the morning and on that evening, around 11:30pm, someone from the dealership used the car and parked in a prohibited spot and I received the ticket!!.. I am extremely frustrated and upset about that mess!! More

This is how Brickell Honda REALLY rewards customer loyalty. Bought my third car from you in May and am STILL waiting for my floor mats. I paid the $400 dealer fee for a car wash, "fill-up," removal on pin strip Bought my third car from you in May and am STILL waiting for my floor mats. I paid the $400 dealer fee for a car wash, "fill-up," removal on pin stripes, and floor mats and have received none, nor have I received my repurchase gas gift card from my care book from the previous vehicle purchased in 2011. The voucher for gas given to us by our salesman because it was "too late to take the car to get gas" by the time we were done with the purchase was refused by the gas station because we weren't Brickell Honda employees. When I returned to the dealership a week after purchasing it, the pin stripes were not taken off and I was told the floor mats weren't in yet (Rahit/Rohit) and that we would be called when they were. I left a gazillion messages for weeks trying to reach our salesperson. Your receptionist is EXCELLENT at passing calls to voicemail, and Randy told me that he didn't understand why I was so upset that I was still waiting and then tried to get sympathy from me using my disabled daughter by going off about his wife's brother having epilepsy. Talk about a sleazy tactic! So my reward for being a loyal customer was being robbed of $400, because I still dont have my floor mats or the new car fill-up, being robbed of an additional $200 for the repurchase gas gift card, and a HUGE slap in the face by your manager. More
