I quote Bill as saying "there is no way I'm calling the cops over this and that is the only way I can get my employees to turn over their pockets." Nothing was offered or done by the dealership. Leased 2017 Civic LX I knew I wanted the Civic LX before I contacted several Honda dealerships. I started with internet sales at each dealership. The person who was most helpful was at Brickell and her name is THAYS. After a few phone conversations, she was able to come up with the best "deal". Went to the dealership and she had me work with ADRIAN SANCHEZ. He helped me find the specific car I wanted, went on the test drive, did tons of paper work, and made the car perfect for me to drive away very happy. But before I could drive, I had to sign. I worked with finance manager, SAM JAUHARI. I had multiple questions and he patiently answered each one. Although leases are very similar, I will save $2000 over the 3 years of this lease compared to another dealership. More

Lying about having a flat tire. I took my car for oil change 10,000 miles 3rd oil change. I was called shortly after dropping car and I was told that I had a nail in my front right I took my car for oil change 10,000 miles 3rd oil change. I was called shortly after dropping car and I was told that I had a nail in my front right tire and because of nail location, the tire could not be fixed. It will cost $178 including tire rotation. I decided to take car elsewhere I became worried for my safety and took the next day off from work to replace tire. There was nothing wrong with my tire I did not even have a nail in tire. They not only tried to get my money they made me waste my time by intimidation. I became suspicious when recommended tire change repairs were not noted on my final bill. I was also told that my engine filter was dirty which I replaced $60 I wonder if it was really dirty with 10,000 miles in the car, and AC Filter $90.00 was also dirty but I decided not to change and again no filter change recommendations noted on my bill. This Dealer Service can not be trusted. Please be careful. More
