Great Service Long Wait The service I get from the dealership has been great the last two times I had my car serviced. However, I select a time online for an appointment and The service I get from the dealership has been great the last two times I had my car serviced. However, I select a time online for an appointment and every time I have waited for over 2 hours because of walk in services. If I reserve a time I should have that slot. It's crazy to wait for 2 hours on an oil change and tire rotation. That job should take no longer than half an hour. More
