Staff were v pleasant but process takes way too long Very friendly staff but it all takes way too long and you know in the end the dealer is trying to stiff you for as much as they can and the friendly s Very friendly staff but it all takes way too long and you know in the end the dealer is trying to stiff you for as much as they can and the friendly stuff is pretty much a con job. Dealer should go digital and process should be all completed online before client arrives. Otherwise dealerships will go out of business. This was last time I take five hours to lease a car. especially after buying or leasing 8 different Honda’s over a span of 28 years and never missing a payment. feel like I deserve a bit more genuine loyalty respect. This dealership uses bait and switch tactics, doesn't honor verbal agreements then tries to convince you are wrong about offers given on vehicles in past visits to boost the price and they inflate dealership fees to make sure they cap their profits at your maximum budget. I put a downpayment to hold a vehicle and having called the very next morning to cancel the hold to have the downpayment returned was told it would take 2-3 days for a refund, it's been 5 days and still no refund. Don't let them fool you, they're not trying to be your friends or help you get a vehicle at a reasonable price. Would not recommend! More
