This was my first car buying experience and it was a horrible. I knew what car I wanted and it took 5 hours to get everything done. The sales person gave me a car with an empty tank. When I asked about it, he gave me a voucher and sent me to a specific gas station. When I went to the service station, the attendant said the sales person needs to come in person as there is a sheet that he needs to sign and show his ID. I ended up paying out of pocket. On the ride home, I heard the bottom of the car scratch the road. When I got home, the clips that held in the engine cover were broken and the engine cover was hanging. I went back to Brickell Motors and asked to speak with the sales person. After explaining the situation to the receptionist, she said that the sales person only sells the car so they cannot assist with me. She referred me to another person who was not even in office. I waited about 45 minutes to speak with someone and no one was available. 2 weeks later, the car battery died. I ended up purchasing a new battery. As a car dealer, you would think they inspect cars and give you quality for your money. Instead, they are so quick to sell you a car and not there when you have a problem. I would never refer them to anyone. More

Costs are ridiculous I wanted to fix my rear door as it closes once it is opened, and I couldn’t even get an estimate as it would take a $100+ diagnóstic. Also one of my I wanted to fix my rear door as it closes once it is opened, and I couldn’t even get an estimate as it would take a $100+ diagnóstic. Also one of my side door flaps came off (I don’t believe it was installed or properly or it was poorly made) and the cost was again over $100 dollar for a piece of plastic. Tough to return as it feels like the dealership only cares about overcharging. More
